HERALDS OF GOD’S WORD, SHARERS OF THE JOYFUL ENCOUNTER
“In our parishes, communities and schools today, we see women and men from the laity who offer their time, talent and even treasures to impart the inner joy they feel from the grace of their encounter with Jesus through His Word.”
TEARS ARE PRAYERS
“Even the MRT train rushed calmly. Like a deer that pants for streams of water and finallly found one, I felt so peaceful and loved. I still did not know how my concerns will be resolved but I felt calm and quiet - my heart started to beat slowly, like having drank from a refreshing glass of water after being drenched in sweat from long exposure under the sun.”

I started serving in a ministry when I was 10 years old as an assistant to the Catechist. It was one of my fondest memories when I was a kid until I became a teenager. I slowly drifted away from my church obligations (our service was 3x a week) because I had to focus on my schooling. I became a regular Sunday church goer for several years but because act of service is my love language, I look for a community where I can share my core gift and at the same time reconnect with God constantly.
So God lets me meet people who lead me back to Him and know Him more. When a colleague introduced me to…
